1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing the platform or using any ATS service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses or to circumvent limits may result in suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Do not share your account with anyone or allow another person to trade on your behalf using your credentials.

4. Platform Usage

ATS provides a fully automated trading and investment platform. Access is granted for your personal use only.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, and may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts access.

5. Investment Plans and Guaranteed Returns

Investment plans are defined by the platform and show a rate of return, a payout interval and a duration. These figures describe how a plan is configured and the returns that apply.

Returns are guaranteed according to the terms of the plan you select. ATS is structured so that you cannot lose your invested capital under normal operation of the platform. Your funds remain protected and returns are delivered as stated in the plan.

Plan terms may change for future investments. Changes do not retroactively alter an investment already active at the time of the change.

6. Deposits (Fully Automatic)

Deposits must be made through the payment methods shown on the platform, and must originate from an account or wallet belonging to you.

Deposits are processed and credited automatically by the system. Once the deposit is received and confirmed on the network, it is approved and made available without manual review. You can check the current status at any time from the Deposit history in your dashboard.

Providing false payment proof is grounds for immediate suspension.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are handled automatically by the system once submitted. You must supply accurate withdrawal details; funds sent to an incorrect address you provided cannot be recovered.

Identity verification may be requested in certain cases to keep accounts secure.

Withdrawals are processed promptly under normal conditions. In rare cases of suspected fraud or where required by law, additional checks may apply.

8. Fees

Any fees that apply to a deposit, withdrawal or investment are shown on the platform at the time of the transaction. Network or payment-provider fees charged by third parties are outside our control and are borne by you.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or part of the system.
• Interfere with, probe or disrupt the platform, its security or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload or manipulate the service.
• Provide false identity or payment information.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referral rewards.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that shows signs of fraudulent activity, or where required by law.

You may close your account at any time. Closing an account does not remove transaction records that must be retained as part of the platform's financial ledger.

11. Intellectual Property

The ATS name, platform design, interface, text, graphics and software are the property of the platform operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from them without permission.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

ATS operates with full automation and is designed to protect your capital and deliver the returns stated in each plan. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside normal platform operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised as the platform develops. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continuing to use ATS after a change means you accept the revised terms.
