1. Information We Collect

When you register and use ATS, we collect only the information needed to operate your account and process your transactions:

• Account information — your name, username, email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Contact information — the email address and any phone number or country you provide.
• Authentication information — login timestamps, session identifiers and, where recorded, the IP address used to sign in.
• Transaction information — deposits, withdrawals, investment records, wallet balances and the associated transaction history.
• Verification documents — any identity or payment-proof images you upload in support of a deposit or account verification.
• Usage information — pages visited within your dashboard and actions taken, used to operate and secure the service.

2. Cookies

ATS uses a session cookie to keep you signed in as you move between pages. It is required for the platform to function — without it you would be signed out on every page load.

The session cookie is marked HttpOnly, meaning it cannot be read by JavaScript, and is restricted to this site. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

You can clear cookies through your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information is used only for purposes connected to running the platform:

• Creating and maintaining your account.

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never recoverable in readable form. Database queries use prepared statements, and actions that change data require a valid security token tied to your session.

Administrative functions are restricted to authorised administrator accounts and cannot be reached from a normal user account.

No system can promise absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for signing out on shared devices.

5. Third-Party Services

The platform relies on a small number of external services to function, such as content delivery networks for fonts and scripts, and the payment networks used to send or receive funds.

Where a payment is made to or from an external wallet or provider, that provider handles the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to read them.

6. Data Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements.

Financial records such as deposits, withdrawals and investment history are retained as part of the platform's permanent transaction ledger and are not deleted on request, because they form the record of money movement.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Access the personal information held in your account through your dashboard.
• Correct inaccurate account details from your profile settings.
• Request deletion of information that is not required for financial record-keeping.
• Withdraw consent for optional communications.
• Ask what information is held about you and why.

8. Children's Privacy

ATS is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and it will be closed and the associated information removed.

This policy may be updated as the platform develops or as legal requirements change. The revision date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continuing to use ATS after a change means you accept the revised policy.
